Hey all I've just about recovered from my Bigger Than Barry set on Friday, which was thoroughly enjoyable as it was extended to 2 hours!...

Here are a couple of highlights from this week....

Twitter is a pretty amazing place for someone like myself who loves to discover new artists, music and general goings on.

A lot of the music I will feature will come from there and here are a couple of artists I have discovered through following certain people...

'Grizzly Artist' from Brixton SW9 is someone I've discovered by following a few Grime DJ's and he's one hard working Grime and Hip Hop MC, I've loosely followed him for 6 months and he's racked up 600+ followers.

He's currently giving away his AWOL Vol 2-Never Gonna Rest Mixtape for free!

Moving on...

Not usually my type of music, I must admit...

Wonky Ninja is someone I've discovered through a few DJ mates in Sheffield, Every now and again I pop over to his Soudcloud to see what he's been up to and I recently discovered 'Carnival' which is a free to download.

The sample used is kinda following in the vein of 'Gramophonedzie' and that bloody 'Americano' song, but...doesn't commit 100% to the cause of pop music!

The drop kinda reminds me of Roska's Remix of 'Bangduck' which is currently my favourite song to play out, so put these two together with a nice funky beat and we're onto a winner.
