I was on a Youtube mission and ended up watching a few football related funny bits and bobs, thought I'd share them with you.

Checan and Ross Orton-Differece

Checan recently wen't into the studio with Sheffield legened Ross Orton, between them they've created 'Difference'.

The original features some stereotypical 'Sheffield bass' with a repeating vocal chop which reminds me of Toddla T(Ross Orton heavily influences Toddla T's productions, so I assume the chops were Ross' input)

The EP has been remixed by Des Demure, Moony, Mr Dubz and Mista Men. All these artists are worth checking out, two of them will be playing at some up coming 'It's a Myth's'

Over the influence...

I'm currently scaling through my music collection trying to put together an 'under the influence' kinda mix, of which will be on a local website/store. Whilst trying to choose the tracks I thought I'd deviate and share a few tunes I'll be including.

I absolutely love this tune and love to put it in the middle of a DnB/Jungle set.

Absolute classic vocal and laid back reggae instrumentation.

Again amazing vocals and lyrical content backed by an off beat piano line.

Classic GZA hip hop with amazing metaphors.

RIP Amy, One of my favourite vocals remixed and made even more uplifting.

Probably one of favourite labels on earth-DFA, absoltue transformed this tune and made it special.

Sicko Cell-Squareheads Rehab Refix.

Probably the most mysterious and eagerly anticipated song ever 'Sicko Cell' by Joy O has been remixed by local badman Squarehead. Adding some 'club friendly' basslines with a nice housey breakdown and a nice stabby 2nd drop. Make sure you check his original tracks out 'HERE'

Zomby-Dedication

Zomby-the man who never shows is due to play at The Warehoue Project on Friday 18th November, this(if he turns up) will be something everyone needs to see. Oh and take a look at all the other sick artists on the same bill too!

Onto his latest offering 'Dedication' 16 tracks of (mainly)instrumental amazing arpeggiated music. On the same lines of Burial this album puts me in a very weird place. It's beutiful and never gets boring(maybe because there's only 1 track longer that 4 mins) but in all seriousness get this album 'HERE'

My European adventure...

Oof that was one good month!

I drove from England-France-Italy-Slovenia-Croatia-Hungary-Slovakia-Austria-Germany-Holland then finally ending 'in Bruges'(forgive the film pun)

I've seen so many new things and It's opened my eyes on life and this will keep me dedicated to achieve my goals in life. Anyways......

I'll not bore you with my life changing experiences I'll just upload a few pictures and recommend that you visit three beutiful places which are-Hallstatt, Heidelberg and especially Lake Bled

Trippy swung drums which if they were sped up would sound as much like a 2-step beat as I ever did hear! along side amazing chilled guitar riffery(not a word?!) and an amazing laid back vocal.
